I know I'm going to be sorry for asking but...

What does "UPC" stand for?
As in LCA or adjustable UPC's.

There has been at least 3 references to it in this forum, recently. I believe Alex of American Muscle was one of them. I'll try to find them.

Looks like it does refer to the UCA. Must be a different term.

I also have the Koni yellows. I don't race my car but I drive it about 7-800 miles a week. So I need it to be reliable and practical until it becomes my weekend car once paid off.

Going with a race spring means you are going to sacrifice more than a little comfort...........it will be quite a lot more noticeable than the Sportline or Supersport.

I've not had it to the track yet and don't expect much bumpsteer and carving corners at the limit I have only seen a little, nothing drastic.
I have the LCA's on the car and the UPC is waiting until I put in the 1 piece drive line..........I'm sure I will need it then as I will need to get the pinion angle in sync with the trans angle.
My suggestion would be to get them both if you are going to lower the car with Sportlines or Super Sport springs. My driveshaft angle is a little off from factory but the two piece driveline is a little more forgiving than a 1 piece.

I've helped lower 5 late model Mustangs along with my own and non of them needed to have anything done. How do I know, all of the owners of the other lowered Mustangs had their alignment checked, as did I. The camber bolt is a total waste of time/money.
If you use the BMR UPC, also use the BMR LCA..........just doesn't make any sense to mix and match different brands.......like putting Champion spark plugs on one bank of the motor and Autolite on the other.
If you would need to adjust your pinion angle with non-adjustable LCA's and non-adjustable UPC your are screwed. Get the adjustable UPC and if you have no need to change the pinion angle set it at 0. If you have LCA's you should get an UPC to make everything solid............the stock UPC is junk and helps remote wheel hop.....IMHO

Here's another one.

However, if you're constantly driving aggressive or even have one hard auto cross track day, the camber bolts sometimes have issues holding position. The biggest benefit of the caster/camber plates is getting a perfect alignment, but also not worrying about them coming lose after hard wear on the suspension.

Also, I would get some solid LCA's, adj UPC's, and LCA relocation brackets as soon as possible. The H&R springs have a big ride height drop and will really affect your suspension's geometry. You'll notice the car will wheel hope easily and traction will be an issue on the street or track, without the upgrades listed above. I just wanted to give you a heads up about this!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

One of the people that used the term will probably clarify it.
