Used 13-14 GT? They are getting cheap.

Well, I thought about that. I pay about 75.00 a month for insuring the V6 and wasn't sure how that would change the rates, being a GT.

It will be more. Your age and record will be a big factor on how much it will cost.

Just looked at cars.com just a quick search within 500 miles of Jax, FL. Amazing # of new 14s out there. Some very hi priced, but plenty of V6 & GT Premiums.
Good hunting in your area.

Also keep in mind that there were $3000+ Rebates offered on New 2014 Mustangs. Even if these rebates do not show up as rebates you should still expect to get at least that amount "plus", off the invoice cost.

Yeah, I've been looking at the new ones and just happened to go look at a 2015 Ecoboost earlier. Not having it. It sounds like it's struggling and holds high revs. As far as looks and interior technology, no complaints. Ford did a good job with the interior.

Yeah, I'm getting used to the looks of the '15's.
They seem to be a pretty good car. Everyone I've talked to that has one likes them.
They'll just cost you a bit more (only $500 Rebate for now) but I think you should be able to get them at Invoice - Rebate.
Good luck on whatever you decide.

Dang, it almost makes you want to fill the rest of the car up with a garden hose before the adjuster comes to evaluate it. I feel for ya man, keep us posted.

The car belongs to Allstate now! I've got my engine cover and strut tower brace up for grabs... I only had them on there since January!

if you were going to do anything, pull all the plugs then turn the motor over.

I live in Dallas, TX our streets got pretty bad not as bad as Houston but i was driving one night and the water was high! and my car turned off a lot of water got inside the exhaust but that is it and it wouldn't start after a couple of tries and now it is working perfectly. Should i still take it to the dealership???

That all depends... I would say if you know a mechanic, have it checked out. You don't want that ending up on your CarFax! I would have it looked at though...

You may also want to have your rear axle gear oil changed as a precaution...water could have gotten in through the breather cap on the top of the driver-side axle tube.
