Productivity display failure

On premium 13-14, has anyone else seen this? Looks like the display driver corrupted... A week out of warranty of course! Just uploaded the Sync update, coincidence???

Did you try disconnecting the battery for 30-60 seconds and seeing if the issue clears?

like just updated? If so i DOUBT coincidence....who did update? If dealer bring it back they should fix it. I like Tym's idea 1st tho as simple is always where to start.

I uploaded the update through the USB system from syncmyride.com. It was updated on Thursday, so probably not related.... but I like to blame Ford. I will try resetting with the battery at lunch and give an update.

That same thing has happened to me about 3x, I just park it and wait until morning then it's good.

Yeah it fixed itself by lunch, guess I'll just document it for ford. I left the phone connected to USB when getting gas when it happened, wonder if that's causing an error?
