Guess he just threw a tantrum, embarrassed himself, got banned, and then didn't even cancel it lol. Guess if you wanna lose all credibility and then not even go through with your threats, do it all at once and completely destroy your rep forever.
I haven't gotten tracking yet but it may be on the PayPal payment

Didn't see anything listed with the PayPal payment. I also didn't see a way to check order status on HyperMotive's website, as we all have separate order numbers from the invoices.

Mine should be arriving tomorrow or Thurs...have appointment Fri to have it put in. Hope this resolves the driveline grind I have after having my transmission fixed...sounds like a bad U-joint in the crappy stock shaft, so fingers crossed.

New DS installed! Less clank and clunk, and seems to accelerate a bit faster (though that could be my imagination). Build quality is excellent. Even with the rear seats folded down, barely heard any of the ping/ring that some report with aluminum shafts, and I'll bet it would be undetectable with the seats folded up.

However, the weird drivetrain grind I started getting after having transmission bearings replaced is still there, but quieter...probably because the new shaft is lighter and doesn't load the drivetrain as much.

You can't be in a hurry if you want a group buy on anything

When your out to save some $$$$$ and get involved in a group purchase of
anything ,You can't be in a hurry to get your merchandise. You just have to have patience and wait.
Company's do not just draw on orders or take merchandise out of their stock to discount the item but special order when the group is ready to go. It may take a few weeks just to get a large enough group together to make the large purchase.
If your in a hurry, Don't get involved. Just go to American Muscle and use your discount code, Buy it and they will send it to you with "NO"shipping charge. If you don't live in Pennsylvania there probably will not even be a tax charged on it.

I'm more then pleased with my Aluminum Drive shaft

Mine was made by the "AXLE EXCHANGE" It is smooth, No noise, Fit perfect and less the half the weight of the stock one.

I would thing that they all should be good no matter what brand you decide on.
ANY THING IS BETTER THEN THE STOCK ONE.

I heard Dynotech ones weigh the least: only 18 lbs.

So bad axle back only make the 4 inch version. Bigger diameter means more rotational mass. A 4 inch driveshaft would have to be 26 lbs or less in order to have the same rotational mass as a 30 lb driveshaft with 3.5 inch diameter.

Don't quite understand why aluminium driveshafts are so expensive for our cars? I had a 1996 Camaro RS about 10 years ago, the aluminum ds I had cost me $170. Even DSS still makes aluminum ds for mustangs 2004 or before for around $300.

Major horsepower increase

Even our 3.7 V6 engines produce more torque and horsepower then a 2004 V8, Plus it was ten years ago. Just about everything was cheaper.
As far as weight goes, 18 pounds 21 pounds, I don't think it would make a huge difference in how a 305 horsepower car will feel.
Buying a good aluminum drive shaft is like buying a pizza. There is something for everybody and they all are good and satisfying to whoever likes the one they buy.
