As for battery, repeating something my dad once told me, for most should, it's probably more important that the battery is new than it be a certain brand.

I had a dry cell in my street rod because of the size. Great battery, but very expensive. When mine goes, it will be either an Interstate or Die Hard since Optimas don't fit.

i never knew that!

run from exide crap in a black box...have sold from all three manafactures cosco is the best love the interstate,less problems than the others

JUST GET THE MOST CCA YOU CAN AFFORD

Getting the most CCA, in a battery I could fit, was always on the top of my list of importance.
