Not sure how you think they'll cause an accident, but OP has already stated that he wired it through a switch to be able to turn them off while driving.

I think that looks Great! No way i can use those here - Ticket for sure! I use to get pulled over all the time for not having a front plate on never mind some bright colored light! I was going to buy from HID Guy to until i saw you guys saying how bd they are.. Yikes!

Truthfully they are just for looks haha
Since they are single LEDs, you csnt really see them during the day, and at night you have your headlights on, so its not an issue while driving
