I was looking at this the other day as a matter of fact and came across this:
2013-2014 Ford Mustang OEM Headlights HMS Elite Service - HMS (HIDGuy Mod-Shop)

Not cheap but looks awesome.

Did you do this yourself? Do you know if you can access the projector from the back of the housing? I did this on my Maxima and was able to do it without having to crack open the lenses.

Yeah I know there have been some issues with HIDGuy, they are local to me here in San Diego. From what Ive heard there are new owners and they are trying to fix some of their issues. Dont know if its true or not but its kind of the buzz around here.

Technically in my state of Arizona it's illegal, but i don't think a cop would stop me for it haha. When i have my blue halos on too it gets really noticeable.
Yeah i did it myself, ive been building retrofits for awhile, but like they mentioned above you need projectors in order to get demon eyes
It is a pain in the *** because you do have to take the headights apart and install the demon eyes but its worth it
Hard to get a good picture, but heres my lights with the blue halos on as well. I have 2 sets of halos total
And PS, i have heard nothing but bad things about HIDguy, so iwould avoid that

I think they pick and choose who they take care of. For instance, you'll never see a popular Instagram user with a lot of followers get screwed. But a typical user, you'll be put on the back-burner. I think it's a stupid way of doing business. That's why I bought all my LED's from another company.

It's illegal in all states. Same for any other color other than white (and the blue-ish white), amber , and yellow. I'm not ragging on demon eyes or other colored light shenanigans, I'm just saying it's illegal everywhere.

Personally, I think it's silly, but I'm older than the peeps who usually do this.

I was pulled over 4 month ago on my dodge charger for having blue headlights (6000k) not blue but he felt like they where so we ended up in court and of course I won. I live in FL and I wouldn't dare driving around with those If I ever get it done would be only for shows

I live in SoCal in a cop magnet town. I had some green ones on my Nissan Maxima for months and I never had an issue. It's one of those things that you go for it and see what happens. I had mine on a switch so I could turn them on and off independently.

There was a guy at our local cars and coffee that could switch colors. He said he switched his to white when he drove. Maybe that is what you need to roll with demon eyes or halos.

I have colorshift halos and I drive with mine on white. At shows, meets, etc. I'll change the colors. At first I didn't know green was illegal(I thought it was just blue and red), and drove with them on green everywhere for about six months until I got a ticket. I recently was pulling into a parking lot and changed to blue, but I guess I turned them on a little to early when I was still out on the street, and a cop came and gave me a good lecturing on illegal lights. Regardless of if I can drive with them on different colors, they're still one of my favorite mods.

Thats insane! The cops must have been really bored to give you tickets for having different color halos.

I thought the laws were made to prevent people from faking a cop car. How are halos going to be confused with police lights? It is ridiculous. Other that is was against the stupid law what did the cop chew you out about? How about underglow lights, were they illegal too?

got a ticket also running green from Austin to Houston.
The fact that he pulled my info up and saw that 2 other officers on 2 separate occasions had given me a warning ....he said I was due a ticket. about $150 a few months ago. all 3 officers said green was homeland security.
I only drive on white now. or amber.
I have had great success with oracle plus they have lifetime warranty - fyi
at the Shelby show in legacy I think I was 1 of 2 or 3 mustangs with the halos. In Houston ...EVERYONE HAS THEM!

I just paid mine...about $150. Basically what the second officer told me was that all colors other than white or amber are illegal to drive on public roads and that I might get away with it or I might not. Just depends on which cop sees it. And then he was telling me blue could potentially be me "impersonating a police officer" if the cop feels like it. All stuff I already learned the first time but I played dumb and it worked.

Around here there are a lot of challengers and trucks with halos, but not too many mustangs.

It's because Red and Blue lights are for police. Completely Illegal to have those 2 colors on while driving.

I know what the colors are for but to say that is impersonating a police officer is pretty bogus

Except for brake lights...

It will actually depend on the state. In Georgia I had a buddy with blue underbody LEDs. They were legal as long as they weren't "pulsing" or flashing. He could change colors and what not from a controller. As for red, you aren't supposed to have them in front because it's reserved for brake lights and could confuse someone, same reason you're not supposed to have white on the rear except when in reverse.

and add to the mix all the Harleys and bikes that ride with red, blue, green lights glowing in their engines. I guess they are exempt?

The Harleys in my area are already exempt from muffler or noise laws so I wouldn't be surprised if colored lights are too.
