You remind me of me man. lol. When I started on here, I was asking all kinds of off the wall questions like you. Like how to convert a Base model car to Premium. No one had answers for them. Kudos to you for asking what has never really been asked on here before. Hope you find your answers.

I believe there is a thing on the back that you have to twist. I forget what size socket you use on it.

Right (clockwise) should be up while left (counter clock wise) should be down. I think they adjust it when you get your inspection sticker? Because if you put them too high then it will blind other drivers. Those HIDs should go a certain height when shinning on a wall so it will go high enough to see down the road but not high enough to blind the other drivers or shine in their rear view mirror

No I was responding to the post just before you posted about headlights in mirrors cuz that happens ALOT where I live... Or maybe I'm just getting old. You must have been posting at same time so mine is out of order and seems misplaced lol

I think one headlight is just getting more power so it's brighter. It seems like most card with and without HIDs have 1 side much brighter than the other.

Owners manual tells exactly how to do. Measure center of head light from ground. There is a small dot on the cover. Distance from wall, height from ground, size of wrench screwdriver etc. it's all there.
Off the truck lots of folks flashed me. I measured - within limits, I lowered them slightly.
It's easy.
Good luck

So there is two one on the top looking down as if looking on top of light (with tiny small white piece) and there seems to be another on the backside of light all black. Which one is it for sure

Okay so there is one adjuster from the top as if looking down on the headlight with a small white piece for turning. And another on the backside of the light. Which one makes them go up and down

If it's still under warranty, take it to the dealer.

There is no horizontal adjusters. It's really not that hard. It is a white philips screw driver and it makes it go up and down. I adjusted them yesterday.

He's just trying to adjust his headlight beam height. Why bring it in to the dealer? It literally takes just a Phillips head screwdriver and 5 minutes of your time.
