Suspension stiffness for canyons

What's the best stiffness I should set my coils at for canyon driving? Smooth road. I was thinking full stiff all the way around but I also heard front soft and rear stiff is good too. Opinions? 2014 v6 base, coils are only suspension mod

The answer to your question is it depends. Suspension should be adjusted based on how the car is reacting and your driving style, no one can really give you a "this is the best," scenario because there really isn't one.

That being said, Stiffer would naturally be a little better, but its worth playing with. Assuming you have a square set up (same tires front and rear) start with your suspension all adjusted the same. If you encounter under / oversteer THEN adjust accordingly.
