I like how Oracle makes it look so easy in their video lol.

From the research I've done you don't want to go over 275. Apparently not much beyond that is when the housing starts to melt.

I used 230 for 15 minutes for the first time in the oven, and when it cooled I stuck it back in for 6 minutes. I used a screwdriver to dig out the sealant and get under the lens to pry it open inch by inch all the way around. I just bought a heat gun which I'm going to try to use on the other headlight to see if that works any better.

Making progress on the second assembly. It has a little drying to do, then I'll be able to reassemble it.

This is where I'm thinking of mounting my relays and fuse panel. I'll be able to run the wiring under the radiator cover, it's a central location and easily accessible.

Both lights are assembled. Just a little more silicone on the second one to make sure it's completely sealed and they'll be ready for installation. Can't wait!

Thanks! I have so much wiring to do lol. Gonna rewire my fogs at the same time. Gonna take about 5 relays and some serious wiring. I'll be able to turn on/off each type of light to have full control. I need time!!! Lol

Oh bummer, new halo fogs wouldnt be too bad... love how you set up the switched. Are they all just for the different colors? Do they remain on when you turn the car off or are they linked to the headlight relay so they turn off when you have it in AUTO headlight mode?

I'll be able to turn on/off the white tubes, white halos and red halos. I have an extra switch just in case. Now, I may be able to use it if I get halo fogs. I just ran the wiring, so they are not hooked up yet. All of the hard, time consuming stuff is pretty much out of the way. I'll probably power the switches with always on power, but may change my mind later. Just can't forget to leave them on lol. The fuse panel I installed has constant power.

Thanks! They're exactly how I wanted them to be. Had to make a template with 2D CAD software to make sure they lined up right.

Man you are wicked smart at this! Awesome outcome man and I could only wish you the best for these to last as long as possible.

Too bad on the fog light though but I am sure you'll have that solved very soon. I said it before and I'll say it again I WOULD PAY YOU to do this to mine!

Thanks! It's nice when things work out as planned (so far at least). My plan is to retrofit my stock headlights with halos and projectors and possibly some accent lights. Then I will either reinstall those or sell them, or sell these. Haven't made my mind up quite yet what to do once I have two pairs. I'm going to paint the chrome in the stock headlight black, so they look much better. Then find a good pair of retrofit projectors and go from there.

Here's some more pics for you guys. I got the rest of the relays installed and the switches wired up. Next step is to install the headlights.

Oh and I notched out the radiator cover to give more room for the wiring. It looks rough right now, but I'll clean that up later.

I'm also going to install a small red LED indicator light that will be controlled along with the red halos. Since they will be on a controller and can strobe and fade, I will be able to see exactly what they are doing from inside the car because the small LED will strobe and fade along with them.

As promised, here are some more pics. A couple things I'm not too thrilled about. The tube lights are not that bright for some reason. The driver side is more dim than the passenger side. It may be my grounds, but that'll have to wait for another day when I have time to troubleshoot. Also, I couldn't figure out how to wire the controller to control the red halos. These halos share a common positive wire for the red and white LEDs and have separate grounds. The controller has a positive and negative wire that go to the halos. I want to be able to only control the red halos, but I'm just not sure how to make it work. So, I just wired up the red halos so I can turn them on and off.

Thanks! I'm planning on a full projector retrofit with my stock headlights. I wanna do double halos possibly. Clear turn signal lenses. Some type of LED strip lighting. And, black out the housing and headlight reflectors. I'm still looking for my best options for the parts I'll need.

I'm trying to find the best option as far as halos and strips go. I do like the Morimoto products. I would consider doing them for others, as long as they know I'd be doing them in my spare time, which is minimal.

WOW! Bad ***!!
I just installed LED headlight bulbs. Love them. Very crisp, unique looking, and you can adjust the color to whatever you want.
