But also depends on the kit used. A single nozzle typically shows less at the tires then a plate. A direct port usually shows a little more

The crap company zex uses there's at the crank. And they suck

I want to disagree with this.
A proper nitrous setup to spray a lot is going to cost just as much as a blower. You can easily drop 5-6k
My last setup set me back close to $5,000 then one b4 that was around 3 and the first one on this car was about $1,700

Right, but you can also buy the $3k on3 TT kit, or the 10K Armageddon. You "can," do either cheap, but its also not hard to spend much more.

Meaning that folks that arent that serious will slap the $1100 nitrous kit on there car, run a 100 shot and call it a day.

Good thing though is the $3,000 on3 kit has been proven more times more than the $10,000 Armageddon
kit.

Depends on what you consider slow and what kind of racing you do. I bet your Miata is faster than 90% of mustangs on your road coarse.

The end goal is to end up with a Pre OBD car and swap a Honda K24 out of an S2k into there (pre OBD so i dont have to deal with inspections bull****). Not hard to end up with a 1900 lb, 230+ whp all motor monster haha.

The current car is an 01 making all of 120 at the wheels and is around 2400 with me in it. Car is a beast in the corners but is a maybe a mid 15 second car in the 1/4 downhill with a back wind with a top speed of about 115.

Since the fiance and i are both going to be tracking it , keeping it NA is probably best since the car will only get ~20 minutes between sessions. Also, the heat on track really stresses the hot side turbo parts and replacing everything with inconel and all the proper hardware ends up costing around the same money for around the same power as the K24 swap, but at that point you're limited by the stock miata internals anyways.

To make it even worse, you basically need a stand alone to tune the turbo since the stock ECU cant be flashed. At that point, the car cant be legally inspected unless you swap stock injectors / re install maf (stand alone is speed density) and limp the car over once a year to get inspected on the stock computer. Not something i want to deal with.

You guys were right... Zex does suck. The wet nitrous management unit isn't working right. Every wire is connected right but it's not working right at all

I think you need a tune for 200 just to be safe.
