11-14 Shift Knob

Ok I been racking my brain trying to find out where you can get this shift knob. I see what looks like a lot of stock 11-14 GTs with it? I do not see this on AM or anywhere else. It looks like the silver base part is part of it also? Looks pretty neat.

Does anyone know how one of these can be obtained? I used to have one of the shift knobs from AM (Chrome Tri-Bar Pony one), but it was hella tiny. Lol

Kevin, so you're saying you don't like having skin on your palm? You're in TX right? LOL!! Have you tried CJPonyparts?

The metal ones get too hot in summer and too cold in winter. I went with a white knob and have never had a problem.

LMAO! I read around they I guess that particular shift knob came with some sort of package on the 11-14 GTs but I have never heard of this. I have seen plenty of 11-14 5.0s at Ford Dealerships with this shift knob though, so idk.

Well seeing as it's not silver but not chrome, but more of a brushed finish, I'd guess something to do with Bullitt?

Somewhere they mentioned a "Premier Interior Package"? Said it included a colored stripe on the seats and a pony on the door inserts. Idk...

It came with the 401A package in 11-12. I had that knob in my car for about 2 months. As soon as the weather got warm, the knob got too hot to touch. Replaced it with a black BOSS 302 knob and never looked back.

I have been looking for a decent leather wrapped shifter knob for my 2014 Mustang for a while. My cue ball one is too slippery and wears my palm easily.

Are there any good options for different shift knobs on automatics?

I have this one. Too slippery and too hard for me. I wish it was wrapped by leather.
