Boss look or Roush look??

So I ordered a Boss grille (w/ the surround) and the matching lower hex grille for my V6. Holding the Boss grille in place, I'm questioning now if it makes the front of the car too busy or not. Debating a return and go with the Roush billet type grilles. Opinions welcomed as I can't decide! Pics below are with Boss grille and the black painted stock number I have now.

I prefer the one without the circles.
Although they both look good.

It depends on the situation/mood. Just pulling into a car show- simple is better. But out hooning around- might go with the other one

Coming from a guy who had the boss grille and some smoked raxiom fogs and now went to the roush I have to say the roush is much cleaner. Seems a bit more menacing

My car with roush upper (just slapped it on since I sold my boss grille and fogs. Lower grille delete and roush fogs on the way)

The boss almost makes it look like a lower model, like there's obviously spots for Foglights but you dont have them.

I like the fog deletes, but without the pony emblem.

I'm with you there Teak. My thoughts as well but I have the GT500 rear spoiler and Boss rear deffuser. LOL. My car is the epitome of the word 'eclectic'. Gonna roll with Boss grille for a while after my 14 year old saw it. His words and I quote "SUPER COOL!!" But then again, he asked me how much faster the rear spoiler made the car too.

Lower GT grille (GT/Boss have regular hexagons - V6 has the stretched hex design) Lower Grille Ford Mustang 2013 2014 GT | eBay

Upper Boss grille (with the surround you need for it to mount) 2013 Ford Mustang GT Boss 302 Upper Grille Surround Insert w Pony Emblem | eBay

Kevin Cook hooked me up with the Boss grille and surround. He is an ebay fiend at finding OEM stuff there.

I'm partial to the billet style grilles with the tri-bar pony on the side. But hey, anything you do will set your car apart and as long as you like it, it's a good mod. The other grilles stand out as well, but I agree with Voltwings...having the empty lamp circles makes it seem like you didn't opt for the higher trim.

Will post some pics up later. Installed Boss grille and ended up pulling front bumper and laid in the screen for the Boss S look. Cool thing is I can put the deletes in or take out at Will with screens intact.

While you spend all this money on grilles, axle backs, and such - I am waiting to hear when you will get 3.31s or 3.55s. LOL

Here are a few picks with my 1/2" wire mod. Took some time to get it installed just right but $10 at Tractor Supply works for me!

Well come to Texas so I can expedite that.

But I can definitely relate. Either 700-800 for 1 mod, or a bunch of little mods for that amount. That is where I was just now with the 2011. I could have either got a driveshaft, or a tuner w/ tune, side scoops, fender badges, axle backs, etc.

Nah. You had it right the first time buddy. I can sneak smaller upgrades past the "finance committee" easier.

Great pics. The front and especially the rear look great. Stupid question, is that paint or lights in the fog light circles? It's an awesome effect, but I can't tell what they are from my screen.
