Rear end noise

Every time I make a left or right turn, the rear end makes this creaking noise and it has me concerned. I'm lowered on springs and have a panhard bar but that's it as far as suspension goes. Thoughts?

Make sure your panhard bar is torqued down to the proper specs to 129ft lbs.

Also, if you have poly bushings (I assume you do with the aftermarket PHB), they can make annoying noise if not properly lubed.

Okay, I just don't want it to be something serious
