Hint: Remove the hanger brackets with the OEM mufflers swap them to the new mufflers then rehang them together. It's easier than trying to wrestle them on/off in place.
I wouldn't go with the Roush. I haven't heard how the Bassani's sound, but if you really wanted to make your Stang sound great, get some Borla's. When my warranties drop I'm going to get Borla ATAKs. Might be something to look at. They are pricey, but it will be worth it. The Roush's are wayy to high pitched and ricey for Mustangs. They sound like fart cans. Plus if you decide to get headers down the road, Roush's sound gross with headers (BBK LT) from what I've heard. I've got some videos saved of Borla's with LT's compared to Roush's with LT's, and I'll link them later if I can
but he doesn't drive it. the car is just in his name for various reasons. oh well i got like 6 months left, i can wait. it's my senior year of high school it's going by fast enough
So that AM review for the Bassani's was by me, but after trying a few different setups i ended up with them back on my car over my Ford Racing Borla clones. I ended up finding a (expensive) way to make the drone go away, and after that I love the sound.
Sorry, Should have gone into detail. I made a thread about it a while back. I had J pipes welded to the axel backs : http://www.mustangevolution.com/forum/f356/t371304/
This solution should apply to any exhaust setup, not just bassani's.
Yeah, I'm sure its possible to have them added for cheaper, but they guy I went to had never installed them before. But for me it was totally worth it, drone is gone.
