Hey Mike - Sorry to hear about this. I've heard of a couple incidents of this happening in the past but I was told that their manufacturing process fixed this!

Drop me a line with your order information and I'll make sure a new Fuel Door gets shipped for you today.

Alex

Mine is garaged most of the time. Living in Socal it does spend a fair amount of time in the sun. It didnt take long though. It was less than 6 months and it started to turn a "gold-ish green."

Once again AM has stepped up and taken care of an issue for me. Some of the things they do and sell might not be 100% to some people's standards, but these guys are awesome and we all should continue to support a company like this. Alex is a stand up guy who WILL make things right...Thanks again Alex.

Mine is my DD so its practically always being used. But yes thanks again to Alex for the input and help! That's one reason I only really ever shop American Muscle, because if there is ever a problem even farther down the road they are there to help.

Socal - Always a pleasure to help out man.

Sorry about the trouble again but if there's ever anything questionable about parts that you've purchased from us, don't hesitate to let me know!

Alex

Hey dowdle - Well that's no good at all!

Is there any way that you could post up a picture right here so I can take a look?

I'm happy to have a warranty claim set up for you and get a replaced shipped out just shoot me a PM (Private Message) after you have the picture up here.

If you're having trouble getting the picture posted we'll work around that.

Sorry to hear about all of the trouble with these Fuel Doors guys but I'll make sure that MMD here's about this.

Alex

Hey Greg - You're very welcome and no problem at all. Worst case scenario just let me know your order number here and how you would like to proceed be it a replacement or a refund, whichever works better for you!

Alex

You should be able to find the order number online if you have an account by the way.

Thanks Nate!

dowdle - If you can't track it down don't hesitate to call my customer service team this evening. They're on site until 9PM Eastern and can help locate it if you're not seeing it anywhere.
