Help identify this rear valance.

This looks like it came on the GT's, but I can't seem to find it for sale online. AM shows a rear valance for GT's and V6's that looks like what came on my V6. Can anyone offer some help with this?

So far, I've only found one on ebay. Not sure why it's so difficult to find just a GT valance without the bumper.

Yea thats the 2011-2012 GT Rear Valance/fascia. I have been looking for one too! Almost had one, Guy on Craigs selling it for $25 bucks but I had to go pick it up. The day I went to pick it up he failed to advise me that he already sold it....but good luck man!

I do not believe they make a quad tip valance for the 10-12. I know a guy who picked up a set of used magnaflow street quads and he went to town cutting his stock valance. He didn't do the best job but it works until he gets a 13-14 bumper. He has already switched to the 13-14 tails also.

Man, that sucks! I do like the looks of the GT valance. That's what got me looking.

Yeah, nobody makes anything for quads. Too expensive to switch to a '13-14 for me.

The Ford part number is BR3Z-17F828-AA and list is $292 and you can buy it from LOWER COVER for 2011 Ford Mustang|BR3Z-17F828-AA for $194.
Such a deal...

Oh, and for you guys with 13/14 rear bumpers...here is the cheapest and best place to buy the OE twin tip valance and mufflers plus all the attachment hardware for....http://parts.autonationfordwhitebear...m-5230-msvtcd/ $625... I've bought two for friends and helped install them.

Thanks for the link. I'd like to have one, but I'll stick with the stocker for now unless I can find a really good deal on a GT.

i could have sworn that was the GT500 Rear end for the 10-12s....13-14s too I think had the wider port for the quad tips.
ive wanted to do this since i first bought the car but none of the rear valances come with the rear parking sensor ports or the sensors...so unless i mutilate my stock bumper for one of the cooler ones i wont be able to use the parking sensors with any of them.

The 11/12 GT500's had a single tip exhaust and the 13/14 GT500's had a twin tip exhaust...to completely different valances.

I'm not too terribly worried about cutting the valance. I have the Magnaflow template, which looks like it will work fine. I'm gonna have an exhaust shop install everything, so they can tweak it to get everything lined up perfectly.

We like to call it "root beer float" as it looks like a root beer color and it floats up in the clouds 4x4 style.

Quad tip magnaflow competitions are on my to do list later this year as well, along with the GT500 rear valence since I have a '13 v6. What gets me though is why are they listed as fitting on the 11 and 12 year models only. The v6 axlebacks 11-14 never changed and the mounting position is the same.

Yes, after doing this a couple of times just make sure you use a marker or tape along the mold line because the line is a little hard to see....at least for me it was hard to see. Also, there is room on the valance so if you mess up a little...the valance will hide it.

That's for the 13-14s. Do the 10-12s also have that outline on the inside of the valence?

The 13/14 Mustang GT500 twin tip muffler rear valance will not fit on the 11/12 Mustang. I believe the 11/12 GT500 single tip muffler valance will fit your 11/12 and all you need to do is take yours off and put the new one on. Don't quote me on this because I have never looked that close at the 11/12 rear valance.
If you put a 13/14 rear bumper on your 11/12....then it will. If you car has the parking sensors I'm not sure the 11/12 GT500 rear valance had provisions for them...I thought they did though....something you would need to check.
