Borla ATAK's with Lethal Performance H-Pipe. Thoughts?

Sup guys, im new here and love my V6. wish I would have gotten teh 8 but its all good ;D I will soon!
For now I have a pair of ATAK's on her. Im planning on getting a tune from BAMA then an H-pipe from Lethal Performance.
How loud do you guys think it will be? I know its gonna be LOUD but like obnoxious loud? No resonators. Thoughts please!

Thanks!

It'll be loud.

Obnoxious is subjective.

It's going to be really flipping loud my man. Especially with the Borla ATAK's coupled with the H-Pipe. Mainly due to it being catless.

But good thing you are going the H-Pipe route because from what I read the X-Pipe's give out a horrible Raspy Sound (Bee's in a Can sound).

It all depends on what your end results will be for the car and If you do get Headers after the H-pipe that'll just amplify the sound even more.

I personally will be going with Lethal Performance H-Pipe or IF and WHEN - MAC performance releases their ProChamber H-Pipe (For Shorty Headers) I will be going with them since I already have the MAC axle-backs. Right now MAC only has a H-Pipe for long tube headers.

Good stuff guys. Im gonna do it possible this or next weekend! Im very excited. The V6 really needs that extra growl to it. Do you guys know what kind of power I should notice with a BAMA Tune and the H-Pipe? Im going to get header but later down the line. Next after the H will most likely be a CAI then hopefully some new gears. To be honest im not planning on getting resonators or anything to suppress the sound or anything

You'll notice a small bump in throttle response. I know I felt it when I changed my mid pipes. I have the FRPP cut and clamp X pipe with BBK shorties and Flowmasters Force 2 at the back. I personally love the deeper rumble it gives during idle(not a V8 sound, but I'm happy) . Then I get the race car sound when I step on it. I felt the biggest jump when I had the headers done. Better flowing from the front to the back.

Keep us posted! Not enough videos with H-Pipes for our Sixxer's. Some are over 4-5 years old and most people go with X-Pipes.

I made a mistake. I guess sometime recently MAC Performance did release their H-Pipes with or without shorty headers!

Just checked their site and its $499.99for an H-Pipe (Catless)....geez little more expensive then I was hoping for...
or
They have the $359.99 H-Pipe but this one uses your stock Cats which means you would have to cut.

But as all other brands out there they "claim" to give more performance due to their chambered design.

Sorry for the wrong information I posted!

You are gonna love it. I just had the MAC Prochamber installed along with the Borla ATAKs and it sounds soooo good. Puts a smile on my face every time I drive it

Just not a fan of any mid pipe change, especially paired with a loud AB.

Mine did that also when I installed shorties. Not sure why that happens.

Not sure why it took long to start but I like the sound. Yes its LOUD. More than I expected but at least its a good sound and not too high pitched. But overall Im happy with it. Im getting my BAMA Tuner this Tuesday so then it will be complete. Someone here told me with the tune it will sound a bit different and better since the ECU will know what to do now that the cats are gone.
