Matte black roof decal

So the Boss look transformation is complete (except for wheels as noted by Kevin Cook). This is the first mod to my car I haven't done myself but well worth the 50 clams I paid to have it put on. The AM listing of "matte" is a bit misleading. The finish of the decal is more satin.

I honestly would not have thought the black roof would look good on that color, but it does with the wheels!

Thanks. Closing in on making the look "perfect" (for my taste). Thinking the Roush fog lights may be the last item needed before gears and a power adder.

I have the same one! Really subtle but a nice touch. Not many people notice it until I point it out. Well worth the money

Looks good.

I've been wanting to do a gloss black on my roof.

A nice touch!

I notice you have a different side emblem too. Is it part of Boss looking mod? I don't remember boss has that.

Same here. Although, after seeing that matte black, I'm considering that now too...

Thanks. It's more of a Boss/Roush/GT500 look.

Actually VIG, I didn't do it myself. I've been very proud that all my mods I've done myself but after the experience I had with some hash marks getting that vinyl 'just right' no way was I doing this. A local sign shop that designs and installs full car wraps did it. Only charged me 50 bucks and it took them (two of them with heat guns) half an hour. Watching them do it, no way would I recommend anyone do it themselves unless they have a lot of experience with vinyl. NOT a one hour DIY driveway job.

Took me about two hours when I installed mine. Hardest part was making sure it is centered properly. A second hand was a big help when laying the piece down.

Thanks man. "Powered by Ford" emblems. I thought the chrome with blue/red put some pop into the dark coloring.

i agree. i'm not a fan of the tri-bar pony on the side of my car right now. mine is black and i feel like the tri-bar ruins the flow. would prefer a clean fender but there are alignment holes
