Maestro, Metro and Scoche all make a console swap so you can go with a nice double DIN. they are all too complicated for me to do myself but researched quite a bit. datalink is one company that makes a conversion for the steering controls and suck. I believe they even have one to get car specs onscreen. I know it works with the Maistro as that is the one I am leaning towards but might with Metro too.
