Truly custom rocker stripes

So as I have mentioned before, I'm a graphic designer. While I was searching the rocker stripes possibilities it occurred to me that I should just make my own and pay a local vinyl shop to cut them for me. So, here is what I came up with. I wanted to get away from the pony symbol and go with something unique but familiar to our Ponies.

This is a superimposed mock-up but I will be ordering the stripes next week and should have them on within a couple weeks. LMK what you think...

Thanks Joe. I will have 2 extra stripes made up since I have to pay for the vinyl anyway. If it works out I wouldn't be able to sell the stripes for a profit since it has Fords logo, but I believe I could sell them for the cost of the vinyl?

It looks like they use Ford racing performance parts, Ford racing, Ford performance... I dont think the "racing" is discontinued but I could be wrong. Unfortunately the "performance" logo is just a plain font so I don't think I'll be using that. Lol

Awesome, I really like how you incorporated the bottom stripe into the lettering. I would buy this for my car, just saying!

Before you become a Millionaire, you might check with Ford to see if it's ok to use that particular logo. Some you can download for free, not sure about these.

Thanks newedge!

As much as I like the idea of having something "one of a kind", I think what I will do is once I get them cut and installed I will post pics and if any of you want to do the same I will provide the Illustrator EPS file I created and instructions on how to find a local vinyl print vendor to get them cut.

So many good members here that are very helpful to others, it'll be good to contribute. All I will ask is that you come back to this thread with good pics if you decide to put them on your Pony.
