Was it done by a shop or yourself?
I had mine done by Mustang direct in laval, just springs and adjustable pan hard par 2 years ago and everything still great.
I would definitely get it checked out by them, they are awesome. I believe they are on the south shore now in St Constant.

What kind of noise? All the time or under what conditions?

Did you put all the Spring insulators (rubber piece on the bottom coil) on when you put the new springs in?

Being the rear makes it easier. Less difficult and few items to check. I'm assuming you methodically went through checking fitment/tightness of all your sway bar mounting points, upper and lower shock nuts, bottom coil of spring facing rear of car and ensure you put the isolator back on top of the new rear spring you installed to dampen where the spring contacts your car at its upper point. (I'm wondering if you laid the isolators to the side and forgot to reinstall them when putting it back together.)

If I remember correctly when I did my LCA and relocation bracket, I had to put a bolt in at the top of the bracket to help secure it. Yours seems to no have it from that picture. Not sure though as you said it was when you installed the kit, not the LCA.
