Street parking fear

I know our base v6's are not 30,40, or 50k vehicles, but do any of you hesitate street parking? I absolutely don't do it unless necessary. There's just something about it. I'm worried someone will hit it, swipe it, etc.

I've been hit in parking lots multiple times. Never once on the street.

After moving to Cali and someone hitting my car while parked, I'm a little more cautious.

I only park on the street when i cant find a space where i can back in at. Never been hit but seems like when i back in my car its a smaller chance of being hit to me. I have seen cars side swipe parked cars on the street so i always try not to.
