lethal performance o/r h pipe rattling tin noise

Hey guys so I recently put the lethal performance h pipe on my 14 v6 (catless) and added glasspacks and at 3k rpm it sound terrible like a civic on steroids. super fart can tin noise and I cant stand the sound. If I get my stock cats welded in to the h pipe will that fix the problem?

I love these threads.............
Solution, replace off-road pipe with the Oem.
Research and research some more before doing any mod, its very well known that replacing the mid pipes on our 3.7s for performance comes at a cost of sound.

Sent from the future.

I would just put the stock back on, it is not just the cats it is the resonators also.
Also to sell the car legally you need all the emissions in the OEM spot so cutting it up might not be the best thing since it is a $1300 part to replace.

I agree with everyone else. When I had my off road x pipe (shortys and GT500's) it didn't matter if I added 26" resonators in the back and short ones in front I still had rasp. The resonators just changed the tone and the rpms the rasp happened at. Put OEM back on, removed all the other resonators (besides whats on stock system), GT500's mufflers, shortys, and no more rasp.
