Will this work?

I have a 2014 mustang v6. I want to get the gt500 quad tip rear diffuser. I currently have roush axle-backs and i was wondering if i buy then diffuser and get this quad tips will it work?

If it fits over the outlet pipe, then yes it'll work.

where they attach ie after muffler

It'll work, but you'll have to get your axlebucks adjusted to fit in the diffuser correctly. You'll also have get the tips welded on.

Where there is will there is a way. Post some pics after you get it situated. I'm finding I like the quad tips on the newer mustangs.
