CAI and a Tune

I have a 2014 mustang v6. I was wondering what's the best CAI and tune kit that you guys have used.

Many people on this forum use mpt for their tuning. I have no complaints about the quality of the tune or customer services.
As for CAI. I have air aid, tbh didn't feel any differences but maybe others will have a dyno

The best combo is an MPT tune and stock intake.

I have a C&L no tune required CAI. They all work about the same. MPT tunes are the best in my opinion. CAI are mostly for looks but do add a few horsepower but not as much as the sellers say, the extra horsepower is in the tune

I love my airraid CAI. Worth every penny for the noise it makes when WOT! Does my pony make more rwhp with the CAI, probably not but I don't care. The look of the CAI and sound it makes was worth the money too me.

Like the last 2 guys have said: you're gaining looks and sound with the CAI.

Yeah if you want the performance upgrades, mpt tune is what you should buy. Grab a used CAI if you want that sound and look. It's not worth buying a brand new one for.

I agree with you on that. Find a pre owned CAI which is super easy to do!

The best cai is the one you have on your car now or just get a good drop in filter or a araid mit for looks ..Your power comes from the tune not so much from the cai.

Exactly, I don't see myself spending 300+ on a CAI. just takes patience to get one, I got mine for $170 and it was a steeda 101mm intake which was a heck of a deal.
