2011 V6 - Rogh idle and engine "choking" below 1000 rpm

Hi all,

just recently I came along a blog about someone having problems with acceleration and idle and a product called "BK 44K - Fuel System Cleaner" was strongly suggested.

Here I am, my 2011 V6 was suffering rough idle and always "choking" (but not stalling) when stopping (i.e. at a red light or pulling into a parking spot and shifting into "Park').
Went to the dealership several times but they couldn't find any problems as there were no error codes. Then they "decarbonized" the engine (and charged me $100) but that did not make any difference; also, I replaced all 6 sparks, so I started to live with this for two years. I tried several fuel additives which you can find at your local grocery store in the automotive aisle for $6 but those didn't do anything either.

Now, I came along Mustang Evolution and BK 44K was suggested.
WOOOAWWWW! I used one can on a full tank and after ONE DAY, I could experience a noticeable difference and after the following week, a even bigger difference! The issues described above, are COMPLETELY GONE and acceleration on the freeway is back to how it should be! The $24 (+tax) for one 11oz container is totally justified (you may get a better deal on Amazon).
There must have been a lot of gunk/build-ups in the injectors or on the valves so obviously, BK 44K cleaned up the mess!
I'm a moderate driver in busy city-traffic so build up's inside the injectors etc are inevitable.

Mine does the same thing. I was worried it had to do with fuel injection or thought it may just be the AC. Nice to know!
