They will look good on your car, saw a pick on AM of a 14 SGM with them on and it looked really good. When I had that color I was looking for a set to pick up but couldn't find any. I'll see if I can find the pic, but trust me you'll like the way it looks.
I know for a fact there is a pic of one on AM website, just can't remember what category is was in. Start searching their product pics if you really want to see it. I did a quick look and didn't see hit, can't remember what I was looking for on their site when I saw it. Good luck on your search.
Wow that does look good, thanks for digging that up for me! Think I'll need new lugs? I've been reading fitment of s550 wheels on s197 but can't find a definitive answer...
Also, hear pzero summers are turrible in wet/coldish weather...

They are....they suck bad as most summer tires bellow 50 degrees. The worst are Cooper Zeon RS3s, I had 305 and those don't hook at all even at 80 degrees lol
The stock tires on all these mustangs suck. It is what it is tho... you can usually get take offs with the Pirellis still on them with like new tread for cheap.
Double Post: Looking into swapping in Continental DWS06 tires...I know stock for the foundry wheels is 265/35/20 but what other sizes will fit? (i.e. 255/40/20, 255/35/20?)
Assuming the wheels are 9" wide? I dunno about the S550s. If they are 9" then a 275/35/20 will probably be just fine or if there is a 285/30/20 that'd probably work too but 285 will bulge a bit on a 9" rim although its not terrible.
A 255/40 would be almost 1 inch bigger than stock. You'd need to tune for Revs/mile. Also will drop your effective gear ratio about .1 Which isn't too terrible if you have 3.55 or higher. But would suck on stock 2.73's.
275/35R20 or 255/35R20 would be your closest size that is usable width wise. Coming in at +/- 1.1% diameter. 255/40R20 comes in at nearly +3%.
It'll fill the wheel well just a HAIR less. .15 inches to be exact depending on manufacturer of tire. Tire sidewall will be .2 inches shorter. But it will keep you at roughly the same Revs/mile.
Performance wise you wont notice much really. Going smaller does bump your effective gearing shorter, but not by a substantial amount. Such as a 3.55 would effectively be a 3.59. I highly doubt you will see any weight saving going with OEM, so probably none there.
