118 is not slow, my CJ 5.0 was running about a 12.0 at 118 give or take. That thing's moving pretty nice.

Damn, hauling ***. Post the rest of all you have done if you don't mind. I'm assuming you have an automatic with a good converter?

That kind of gain on E85 is not uncommon. I'd really be interested in seeing how the graphs (and more importantly, torque increase) overlay.

Almost stock gt500 times...impressive

Wonder if the E85 gives the same torque bump on a procharged v6

It's credit all the same, the car is fast and makes good numbers, its just not anything exceptional.

here is my graph for E85. My power band levels off at 6k, that is why you see my tuner let off around there on this graph

it is not to bad for a lame V6 mustang, but yes I agree there are better and faster V6's out there than mine. It is fun to surprise the Coyote guys though, when a V6 beats them.

No no, i meant no disrespect to your car, i was speaking in terms of the gains from E85.

well I am in the low 11's now. I am getting the torque converter re-stalled, so hopefully I can build boost off of the line and get a better 60ft. Hopefully I will be in the 10's soon

You can see what a bit of improvement to your 60 ft will do to your et just by looking at the left lane car on that time slip. Even with your slower 60, you still trapped a mile per hour faster than the left lane car.
You should be able to break into the tens no problem.

Except for your reaction time and 60 ft, you and the left lane car were pretty well matched.
What kind of car was it?

I wonder what the Hellcat guy thought when a V6 was door to door with him. And you probably have the faster car lmao.

I actually ordered "LAMEV6" as a license plate, just waiting for it to come in.

Lmao. There is a guy on another forum I belong to who has "JUSTA2V" for his plate. Fun to see mid life crisis Vette owners reactions when their $60k car gets smoked by a LAMEV6.
