If i were to buy a paxton or whipple Charger would i have to make any other modifacations to my bone stock GT? at least to stay on the safe side!!

if you stay with low boost. the only thing you will need to upgrade are the fuel injectors.

10 psi or under and a safe tune.

it's all a matter of opinion, but here's mine. Before any kind of F/I, upgrading your stock internals is always a good idea. Plus avoid overboosting, even a modest 4-8psi on a decent S/C will give you surprisingly good HP increases. But as hottcobra said, you'll still need to at the very least upgrade the injectors.
