You may just be hearing the "power pipe"-connected to the intake hose.
Throttle "noise" would sound different with the windows up-than with them down. Once you are in a 'sealed' cabin-all of the nuances form within, and under the hood are going to have different reasonance(s), than with the windows down. If you don't have any codes showing, and it runs and drives nice-'fuhget about it'
. Don't fix it, if it isn't broken.
