What's the HP difference? Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the Cat back?

Go with a OR mid pipe,that seems to be where the gain is coming from in these 2011 5.0s.

Agreed, their stock catbacks seem to be better than most mustang exhausts

I think it depends on -'what other mods you are planning, in conjunction with this upgrade' .. Since the cats flow really well-you could go axle back?

If you are looking for sound go axelback. If HP gains are your goal go the off roadmid pipe route.

Get a cat back. The factory pipes drop down to under 2.5 inches in several places. I would suggest an o/r pipe as well so you could have 3" from the collector back.
