Which CAI do you like?

Alright guys making the purchase for a CAI. Been reading all the whoopla about them and I know some guys who are Ford techs say they are worthless but I like the look, less restriction and I want a tune.
These are the two I am looking at:

2011-2012 Mustang 5.0L JLT Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake Tuner Kit w/ Sct Sf3 Tuner & Blow-By Racing Custom Tune at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

JLT CAI and SF3 Tuner (11-12 GT) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

Does anyone have either of these and what are your thoughts.

I prefer LRS since I live about 40 minutes away and would like to just go pick it up but was interested in everyones opinions first.

I'd go carbon fiber if the price isn't bad... And you get Bama tunes for life from American Muscle.

The price is the same for both kits. The one from American muscle comes with 3 tunes and "tunes for life". The one from late model comes with one tune but they say you can get updated tunes for free.

I'd go American Muscle, their tunes are supposed to be pretty good actually, and multiple tunes at one time is a pretty nice thing to have

The JLT is nice but they say Steeda gives you the most RWHP.

Re: Which CAI do you like?

LMR uses BBR Blow By Racing tunes, the last time I bought a set of cams from them I was told I would get free tunes for life of the car, after the first tune I was told that each upgrade would cost me $25. Screw them.

Re: Which CAI do you like?

Good thing you live close to LRS because they have a $15 shipping charge on everything.....even a shorty antenna. The BBR tune is great from what I hear but I would rather go Bama and get free tunes for life and 3 tunes for the price of one. I ran Bama race tune on my 07 and it was great! Running it on the 2011 now and same thing, great!

I would still like to try out a BBR tune though.

Cool! I've heard great things about the bama tunes. Update us when you've tested it out

Edit: and I've heard (I believe from DDTCM) that running the race tune all the time is perfectly fine...
