TINTS Yes or No?

I get mixed opinions on whether to tint my car or not. The car is a 2011 GT Premium with Brembo Package in Ingot Silver.

I tinted mine literally 5 days after I got it... I would definitely recommend it, looks awesome but make sure u go to a good place and make sure u use 3M brand... I used 35% not too dark, it's just right

I'd agree on the 35%. Mine was tinted before I drove off the lot. Defiantly looks better tinted.

Looks good and helps keep the car cooler in the heat. It's a win win situation.

Re: TINTS Yes or No?

I would definitely tint them and 35% sounds good, one of my friends got that and they look real good, also I would just check ur state laws so u don't have to worry about getting a tint ticket.

Tinted my windows about 6 years ago and never looked back. It looks good, hell's protect against solar damage and fade, and also helps keep the car a few degrees cooler in the summer!

Had to have mine done, trying to keep Texas heat out. Just don't go to dark if you get safety inspected. I hate trying to find a shop that will pass my other car that has a little darker than legal

Tint looks good, reduces heat in the vehicle, reduces a thief's visibility to the stuff in your vehicle, and helps protect the interior....

Why NOT do it?

Agreed on the theft factor. If a their has to stop and peer into your car they won't. They'll go to the next car. But I'm still in favor of tinting for the 'cool' factor. Both functional and it's looks. Any agree that the black will look good against your silver.

Re: TINTS Yes or No?

I only had one car without tint. I was a teenager , and it was my Dad's `65 Beetle, back in `75. Every other vehicle I've EVER owned since then-always gets high quality ceramic tint, professionally installed..

The key word is professionaly I hate those people that try to do it themselves and it is full of bubbles that looks nasty.

+1. My previous cars had tints, and the stang is getting them soon. I can't find a reason not to do them.
