If you got a good deal then its a good deal, I probably would have gone back to the ford dealer tho and just checked with them to see what there offer would be after you got the offer from the Chevy dealer.

Re: Cloth seats or Leather

I did that and showed them a copy of the buyers order and they still would not give me more for my trade or reduce the price of the Mustang all he kept saying he is not making any money on the car he is at this point just looking at a unit out for the month. Anyways the Camaro with the 2SS package was abought $3000.00 more then the Mustang and I came out better no regrets. I do love both so I'll be lurking around the board from time to time.

Oh ya the Mustang can't touch the factory GM 20" wheels with 275/40 series Perellies and Brembo brakes on all 4 wheels and the Heads Up Display is so cool.

I wasn't too impressed with the heads up. Just got in the way of my view. As for the wheels, sure they may look good but the reason for the brembo on all 4 is cause it is so heavy and can't stop. I tested that out with both of them on the same strip of road. The mustang would stop in a straight line. The camaro felt like the rear wanted to come around. Maybe a tweak in the suspension would fix it. Who knows.

Um... The new 5.0 comes with brembos... Is that cause it's too heavy?

Nope, more of an opinion that brembo on rear isn't necessary. The camaro just felt heavy to me when maneuvering.

Sorry but I am not saying it isn't good old american muscle I just don't like camaros I had one once it was the worst car I ever owned If he likes his I am glad he got a good one ,that is all I am going to say about it ever again. Mustangs are just better looking in my opinion. long live american muscle cars.

There really isn't much you can say about a car that is "American muscle" when it is not built in the USA but built in Canada instead.

Re: Cloth seats or Leather

I have not played a CD in years also I have the iPod set up in the car but with XM Radio I don't use my iPod anymore. If you had asked me 4-5 years ago if I would pay monthly to listen to the radio I would of said your crazy but I do have to say I love XM at least Sirius Radio there customer service is better and you get more channels for one rate.

I listen to XM during football season, but that's it. I have 30 G's of music in my car at all times.

I bought cloth. I'm a small girl and the cloth seemed to fit me better, and I'm not very fancy. The only option on my 5.0 was the brembo kit.

That being said, I own an 05 civic and the mustang.. Guess which one has stitching coming out of the seats. They're both built in the US.

Ps Flat Rock Assembly (40 miles south of Dearborn, home of S197) is a unionized Mazda-run plant. Ain't nobody clean.
