Strange... I found it by accident actually, I was showing a buddy of mine my mufflers which I did a month ago... It was fine at that time, but it doesn't surprise me tho, they're really flimsy :-/ luckily it's not my daily driver

I'm taking it to ford tomorrow... I want drop it eventually, but I'm not ready to do that yet... Trying to get my funds together and get everything needed to do the drop correct the first time. I was just curious whether this happened to anybody, I'm not mad because I'm pretty sure I'm covered, and the car does drive.... But knowing that I don't want to drive until I fix that

That is pretty crazy after so few miles, just unlucky to be in that .01% who got the one that wouldn't hold. At least ur under warrantee, thats why there is the "Student T test".

`Better believe you are covered by your new car warranty. That should not have happened . As has been said, it sucks to be the .01% that have had a similar problem. Keep the forum updated.

I went to the ford this morning, it was definitely not anything I ran over, so I'm covered I'm going back Friday to get it installed.... At least the car feels fine to drive, I'll just keep using my other daily driver... Kinda sucks cuz the weather is beautiful here in NJ :-/

On my gf 98 altima gxe her trailing arm snapped in two while she was on the freeway she knows squat about cars and when she would brake her left wheel would fallow the wheel well instead of staying still it was dangerous she drove on it for 2 weeks. The right side of the car took off before the left. Theres no explanation how it happens she's never been in a crash nor does she drive fast? But it's a good thing your getting it taken care of
