Just took my son and taught him how to detail. 4 hours later, we took these. Actually more proud of him, and how well he did! Great job buddy

Is that a `12 ? Or, did you put the hood scoop, and alternate spoiler on the car? I have the same color exterior- but have not seen a 2012 in person, etc..

Nope it is an 11, but the hood and spoiler came that way.

He tried to shine the tires, but it was his first time

Again.....fat chance

And as for my old charger(look up the thread, my other ride), I'll be buried in that.

He and I will however be purchasing an old something and rebuild it for when he is 16. I think if he spends 3 yrs of hard work on his car, then he'll respect it and take better care of it. Its what my dad did for me.

Re: All cleaned up!!

Pat him on the back for me! He did a great job. I grew up hearing stories of the 64 & a 1/2 my dad drove. I had to love these cars! I have a 2 yr old nephew whose dad loves big chevy trucks!! If you ask him what he wants. He says that truck, & a black Mustang!! Already taught him to know of Eleanor!! He comes to play w/my die-cast car when I see him.

My great-grandpa taught me to respect your cars. A clean & well kept car's a happy car!! You are teaching him right!! Maybe he'll get his new Mustang 1 day? He has to dream big to get big!!

Looks like I may have inadvertently started him a side business.

He has an old car now to start building. He has a 67 coronet 500 to match my 66 charger. What can I say? We're a mopar family at heart.
