Need help hooking up..

You may have seen in another thread where I mentioned going to the dragstrip this last Friday night.. And you may have also seen where I BLEW my tires off and really couldn't get in it till 3rd.. SO besides tires, springs, and rear LCAs is there anything else I need to help me get some grip off the line an drop those 60ft times? I've got the brembo pkg with 3.73s and the pirelli p zero summer tires (w 10k on them) .. And also wanting some opinions on the best brands.. Planning on frpp k springs..

I was shifting out at about 5-5500 in first.. Couldn't give it full throttle or there went the tires. Second had to shift at about 6 or third gear shift would break loose again.. I made like 15 passes (too many) lol so I had time to toy w it... 60ft times were AWEFUL lol..

15x10 race stars, 295/55/15's LCA relocation bracket. Was good enough for 1.6 60fts on stock suspension for me. That was with nothing else done to that car as well.

I have them on my 95 to and it's my track car on my 60 ft times are ridiculous with this tires ( and a good driver)

Lol real funny.. I promise I did the best I coulda possibly done.. I was also hot lapping it so I'm sure if I had given it a cool down I coulda gotten in the 12s.. But as I said in my other thread, this was my first trip to the track w a manual car.. So there was definitely a learning period... But I'm a quick learner and did pretty decent after a few passes..

So if I buy a set of rear wheels and tires for track use only (+1.5 hour drive to track) would it be better to get racestar 15s and 325/50s or would it be just the same as going w a 17 or 18 with 315s or 305s? Or does having the bigger sidewall help with ur traction and transfer of motion more that the 315/35-17s and 305/40-18s? I realize these are all different widths and sidewall heights...
