Best so far is 11.80@118 w 1.58 60ft. with DA of 3000. 90* TX heat at midnight have to love it. But I did pull the wheels 3" off the ground.

My status! Grabber blue 2012 GT, don't have track times yet but will after all mods are installed. Currently have brembo Pak, 3.73's, roush axlebacks, roush cai installed. Have already purchased boss 302 mani, Stainless works LT's, and o/r x pipe but they are not yet installed. When I do the install i will also purchase a sct tuner and do a aggressive custom dyno tune! What do u think Rwhp will look like for me after the mods are done? And est. 1/4 mile on stock p-zeros verses a 19" drag radial?

WIth thos mods and a very aggressive tune you could hit 450-460whp. Average canned email tune from BBR/Lethal seems to be about 425-435whp. The custom dyno tune lets you get very aggressive with the A/F ratio. Most email tunes are 11.9-12.1. I run very aggressive with mine. I am 12.7ish.

As far as 1/4 mile times good luck..haha. On the street tires you will have a hard time launching. And with the boss it wants to bog under 5k launch. I launch at 6K+. Get some drag radials or slicks before going to the track. Full bolt on cars have ranged though. Weather/track prep all play a role. Plus driver. Fastest bolt on car has went 10.9 and then you have some that went 12.3. So hard to say with not know what DA and stuff will be. Make sense?

Oh and I just want to say I hate you cause you have Grabber blue. LOL

I wanted Grabber blue but all they had was auto's. And the only manual was a 2010.

Knowing what know now I would have got the auto.

All this grabber blue talk makes me miss my '10 track pack. I just had to get a 5.0 and couldn't have two grabber blue in a row.

Try buying one right after Ford officially denied the power plant change for the upcoming models. I'm still a bit salty about the fact that they redesigned the styling for '10 they put a whole new drivetrain in. Poor form IMO, I really felt like that was some bait and switch bull ****. Sounds like they are doing it again in '13... I don't think I will ever be buying a new Ford vehicle again, especially since the warranties are such a sham. I couldn't even get them to fix a wheel/tire balance issue after three visits ... Firestone fixed it in less than an hour. I guess you could say that Ford has lost my confidence, at the least.

If talking about me I am in Killeen TX. Military yes. I am in Iraq and have been doing nothing but research..lol...Plus it is good to have a few friends that build/tune race etc. You find out what really works and don't. I have friend that he tuned my car at the track. We had an issue with my PCM. He called Jun Lund at home. at 1130 TX time at night. Then called Ken who tunes fro Diablo and then another Ken that tunes fr SCT.. He then made another call to another guy. In about 15 minutes they had the issue resolved. Flashed my computer to a totally different ID number. Reprogrammed everything for me. It was crazy. He had received 4 different t8unes over his phone. Link them to his computer and went at it.

Ken from SCT told us that the PCM I had people had some issues tuning it. That it would reject tunes and lock up sometimes and do stupid stuff. That was why we redid the who thing and changed its codes completely.

I love the Grabber blue and would have had one. But had no manuals in grabber blue besides a 2010..If I was smart I would have bought the auto and just put a big stall in it.

Re: Stang status!

It must be nice to have friends that know people! Hope I don't have any problems with my computer when I get mine tuned. And as far as the auto and manuals are concerned I have had no problems with my 6mt with the tall 3.73's there is a little noise but that's only in first and second just a lil neutral gear spin but it shifts smooth. If I ever get another mustang I may go back to a auto just for convinence. I'm 167 miles offshore until Monday so the Stang is in the garage, but be safe out there and just want to say thanks and much respect for playing ur part in defending our country!

A auto is just more consistent at the track compared to a manual. Plus the auto is handling big power compared to the manual. They have cars making 800whp on stock auto tranny.

And manuals failing to shift into gear with 400HP. I sense a disturbance in the force.

Thats wild that the stock tranny is handling 800whp and not having problems. I can't complain though my car shifts great and I run the hell out of it so hopefully it stays that way. All this talk of hp is making me want to get my mods on asap.

Did u pay for the installation of ur LT's and boss mani or did u do it ur self? If u did pay to get it installed how much was each individual job?

I made some calls and people wanted over 1000 just to install the headers and anywhere from 200-400 for the Boss. I said screw that. I would wait till I got home. Then a shop hit me up and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. The are on my local forum and asked to let them do the work. They did it all plus some other work for $500. I just had to put there shop name on my window for awhile. I was like sure.

Mustang headers are still expensive to have installed. Most people think you have to still drop the K-Member but on the 2011 you dont have to. BUt it does make it a hair easier. Know a few guys that did them self in drive way on jacks. Same with Boss. Most say it is really easy. It was all hard for me to do 7000 miles away.

I think I can do the boss myself but not too confident about installing the long tubes and xpipe myself. Question who has the best canned tune?

Lethal/Evolution/BBR/Livernois...Take your pick. Can't go wrong with either of those.
