Re: Roush off-road exhaust

I think it's a toss up really. I've heard of minimal gains from the TB alone. I doubt you'll see much difference between the GT 500 (which I think is dual 56mm or close to it) and the twin 62mm you can get from FRPP. L&M also carries TB's and they've had great reviews... not sure how much they run price wise though. Supposedly you don't need a tune after you install one of theirs, it's supposed to mimic the characteristics of the stock unit.

I was looking into the throttle body's online & most of them are recommended for moderate or highly modded vehicles. All I have is a CAI with Tune. I may b close to a moderate modded car but not really. That's the reason I haven't bought one yet. The only one that would fit me is the tb from bbk. I believe it's like 17 rhp. I read the reviews & ppl have problems when installing it. Some say the spacer doesn't even fit properly. I read the reviews from Americanmuscle.com btw Lol

Yeah, I've heard of people having problems with the BBK also. I haven't heard of any problems with the ford racing one though..... Same size and polished, looks great and retains your factory warrantee! It's a bit more money though.

I've never seen a side by side comparison done between the two. I don't see why it wouldn't. You should look at the L&M's also.... They are supposed to be really good and aren't supposed to require retuning after.

I sold the BBK like drink water and never have any problem, and I tell u dad whipple are ford racing, and if u put one en u car warranty it gone son I don't belief the ford racing throttle do avoid warranty. Keep the factory if something have swish back to the factory and bring it to the dealers, it only take 15 m install

Dude you are not allowed to sell parts outside of the classified section, and if you want to promote your shop you need to consider becoming a sponsor of the site. These things are in place to help protect site members, and sellers from ppl trying to scam.

I'm NOT admin, under the 'about us' tab there is and advertise link, and I'm sure you could probably use the contact us link if you are serious about sponsoring the site.
