The mustang would probably win even without the cai & tune. The R/T is a heavy SOB! Lol

If both auto stock it would be almost dead even depending on launch and driver the mustang should have .01 sec advantage you throw in a tune and a CAI in the mustang its gonna be obvious who the winner is

I'm pretty confident that the mustang would win either way

It will really be a drivers race. WHo ever gets the best launch. Meaning no spinning. Or a roll race will be pretty even. Have a buddy that ran mid 13's in his 09 R/T bone stock. There is no difference in them form 07-09.

I notice that everytime this guy takes off quick his tires spin. Me on the other hand my wheels barely spin it just takes off. Do I have an advantage on that?

I'm sure you already know but just incase... Since your stang is an auto, redline each gear by shifting manually and charge your torque converter before launch and the when you win you can take us all out for drinks!

Leave it in drive. Shifting leaves you open for mistakes really. And you have a tune so it should shift perfect. If it don't then get a new tune. You can't shift faster and smoother then a computer. Why think auto's go faster then manuals and are more consistent at the track.

New SS's are very capable of running mid-high 12's. Your 2010 isn't going to do that with just a tune and cold air. They have 110hp advantage on you. And you two weigh the same. They average 5.0 owner will run 12.5-13.2. Same goes for camaro's. I have seen some stock ones run 12.6-12.7 all day.

You will need full bolt ons and gears to beat a stock one.
