Just grease and pull out all the hangers first, then loosen the ball clamp holding the muffler... Also use a crowbar to pry out piece that's attached to the pipe... U won't need that

Lube. Unbolt. Pull. I did drop my sway bar and unbolted the mid pipe which made life easier

If you dont have any WD40 or similar you can spray the rubber with tire dressing (of your choice) and that will do the trick.

Good luck. The only hang-up that I had was that the clamp that held the muffler to the mid-pip was actually welded to the muffler. This causes some major clearance issues if you don't un-bolt the mid-pipe further down the line, but it is possible to do it without that.

U can go roush or air raid or I think c&l makes a no tune CAI also they do give a lil gain but not as much as a larger cai that requires a tune. I have a roush for sale but I think someone is already interested.

I put my gt500 pipes on last night and they were a pain! I agree though, they definitely sound good but I was actually hoping they would be just a little louder.

O/R x or h pipe will fix that

Will there be an performance gain from adding an O/R x or h pipe? Or is it just the sound?

The cats are probably the most restrictive part of the stock exhaust. U will defiantly see gains but u will need a tune.

Get rid if the resonators and that will uncork some volume without too much money/hassle

But an offroad mid pipe as stated before would definitely let some ponies out with the sound

O/R xpipe and replace kick backs, that will get rid of the cats and the resonators for a lot more sound. This is one of the reasons I recommend the roush AB's over the Gt500 AB's . Both sound good but Roush are louder.
