SCT Tune?

Hello to everyone reading this.
I’m brand new here and I just bought my first mustang. The problem is that I’m in Germany. I have a 2011 Mustang GT with Boss 302 Intake Stainless works manifolds and kats.
At the moment I’m running a 93 Octane tune from SCT. The problem is that Europe and the US have a different understanding of what Octane means. Basically 93 in the US means 98 in Germany. Because of the way you have to drive here (Autobahn) the engine has to perform at high rpm’s over long periods of time. Does anybody have a tune to accommodate for those needs? I rather have less hp’s and a long engine life. I would need a tune that runs with us 89 Octane. Thanks for reading.

There are alot of shops that can offer a tune for any octane level. Try calling evolution performance, leathal performance, Stang hi performance, stage 3 motor sports, American muscle, blow by racing. But if u get a good tune u should not have to worry about ur car at long term high speeds and can still run top octane I only use 93 oct in mine. Call any one of these shops and ask any questions u may have they.can help u with anything u need

running 98 when tune is 93 isnt that bad actually. Now if other way around kit would be bad.

Wouldn't it cause it to run "rich" clogging the injectors over time?

Think he is saying that 98 there is like 93 here. The ratings are a lil different in Germany. That's how I understood it anyway

It isn't going to be that rich. It's not like you have race gas in it.

The shops below should be able to set up a tune for u and mail it to u. The best would be to get it Dyno tuned but I don't know if that's an option in Germany. And as I understand it ur 98= our 93, correct? The only thing u want to make apparent to the person doing the tune is the long periods of high reving. They might make ur tune richer because of this.

Thanks guys. Yes the fuel here has different values. Did anyone run a 91 tune. I would much preferr a 91 octan tune because gas is very expensive over here. Thanks again for all your replies.

Brotha u can run a 87 tune, all it changes is the horsepower output. Yes higher octane gas is "cleaner"

Only thing you don't want to do is run a 93 or so octane tune and run 87 gas.

Ok guys I just found out that the tune currently running on my car is one from Blow By Racing.
I called them up to write me a 91 octane tune. Are they any good? Does anybody have good or bad experiences with them?

From what I hear they are good. I personally run a Steeda race tune
