Passenger side AirBag cover.

Has anyone had this problem? My AirBag cover keeps popping out of place on the left side. I snap it back into place but after driving, it pops back out again. :Bummed:

Re: Passenger side AirBag cover.

maybe the little gremlin is trying to get out, i would check to make sure nothing is pushing against it from the inside and examine the lid make sure all the tabs are still there otherwise take it in to ford and have them replace it

Nah, I keep the Mogwai's in the trunk. Plus they know better then to mess around in the dash. I'm due for service, it's going in this morning. We'll see what they say.

Ya know???? It is funny. I can see getting served an order to appear in court because some idiot actually followed that advise and had the airbag explode in his face.............. the legal system only protects those that are too dumb to protect themselves these days. I guess the days of "natural selection" are out the window...lol

Thanks for the disclaimer! I was looking for my sledge hammer but instead I came across some M80's left over from the fourth of July. I'm gonna try to blast it back into place!

It's just crazy enough to work! Wish me luck!

Nah but seriously the dealer ordered me a new one under warranty. I guess it's gonna take about a week to get here.

In the case of humans evolution has been stopped. If you need further explanation just watch idiocracy. Great movie if your into that kind of stupid movie but also very depressing if you are able to see it happening in the world around you.

You know, there was once a guy who actually followed one of these crazy recommendations. He was told (sarcastically) to remove his oil drain plug and put a running hose in his crankcase then start the engine of his cobra. Hilarity ensued.

In Spartan society people like this were thrown off cliffs as children. We might need to reinstate that practice at this point in time.

I'd like to be known there are young people that still have the common sense gene. We are few and far between but we are still around. Manners are now becoming exceedingly rare though. I opened a door for a woman my age and she snapped at me for being polite. "what, I can't open the door for myself!". I stood there speechless.

The general rule I use is not to hold the door for any woman that is not old enough to be my mother. Anyone younger takes it as an insult to their ability as a woman to do "everything a man can."

I've also read quite a few articles stating to not do this at work in any circumstance as it can be seen as demeaning. What a effed up world we live in!

Wow... Just wow. I don't know why women want to be just like men. They are built physiologically and psychologically different. There's a reason why there are two genders. I guess I'll just keep doing what I was raised to do and just smile when it's thrown in face

I like it. I really enjoy cooking. I especially like eating. I can make one hell of a sandwich. All the women mechanics I know(all 3 of them) are really cool and don't give a rats a$$ about "equality for women". They live it and don't complain.

It cost me about $7 for the paint. I popped off the covers and cleaned them with alcohol wipes. After they dried, I sprayed 1 coat every 30 minutes. I did 3 coats. I let them dry overnight and popped them back on in the morning. I love the contrast. Now I just need the Boss intake manifold.
