Springs question

I am running 3" exhaust and have 19" wheels, can those of you with these chime in on clearance issues. I was thinking 1"-11/2" drop, but don't want to deal with constant exhaust scraping or tire rub on inner fender wells. Also, c/c plates recommendations??? Is there an issue with the pan hard bard when lowering?
