2hp not worth the money to me. If your going to do a lot more mods with it and a tune it maybe worth it.

There are other guys on here that have tuned and heavily moded their cars. I'm sure they'll chime in and tell you. Ive done very little to my car to keep my warranty. On previous mustangs I have put a bigger TB on, but they were heavily moded. And I loved it.

Rumor on the street is that it's a giant waste of money. Any gains have been well within the fluctuations of two dyno runs.

If it's Na then your gains will be minimum if any!.. If you go forced induction then you will see a big difference!.. I've got a 75mm tb on my car and saw a slight gain!.. But then again I put it on at the same time I did my CAI!... So my gains were probably a combination of the two!..

Don't waste your money on it period. Even with sc in future. If centri blower do a boss manifold. If pd sc then wait and get the gt500 tb.

Wouldn't a larger TB make a big difference with FI?? I know the speed shops around here recommend doing this (with forced induction )very highly. And definitely do a boss mani if going centri, I concur with wnt2gofst as he has that set up.

There needs to be a balance. If more fuel is allowed. More air is needed to properly ignite mixture. A ram air kit will work. But a s.c. or turbo will will force. The colder and more air the better.

The stock tb is plenty big enough. The Bbk and even the L&M are only a few mm bigger. The frpp is the biggest. And ford even said they just made it cause people asked for it.

With the boss manifold you will also see a few more lbs boost then with stock manifold.

I can get you 15hp from a ported one. Look around on performance shops they all tell you that.
