remote starter on a 6 MT

Anyone get a remote starter on a manual trans 5.0?? If so, any issues? I have a Python alarm system, and if I make a mistake and stall out, it's a process to get that thing started again.... its annoying and embarrassing when I stall in traffic and can't get the car started normally

Looking to get a factory remote start hopefully.. I don't know what all it's gonna entail but I've done a few other factory remote starts and they are pretty easy.. I haven't really looked into it yet either but I assume they had a factory one for the manual trams cars..

Well the problem with this mustang is that there's a delay with the lights... if the cat is an auto it wouldn't be a problem at all... but I was driving last night, car stalled on me, there's a sequence of things I can do to make it start... but I had a total brainfart and forgot how to do it... meanwhile I'm holding up traffic and ppl are honking at me and I looked like a total ****** and was stuck there for like a good 15-20 seconds... basically I wanted to know if anybody is going thru the same with a mod like that

It's not a factory option on manuals. Simply cause if you leave in gear it will jump. Plus to start have to push clutch in to start. There is ways around it.

Re: remote starter on a 6 MT

I have one on my Escape, I wouldn't get it on my Mustang, I always leave it in gear when it is in park and the key is not inserted.
