The hardest part about buying a mustang is...

What Color?!?
I like the black cause it's just mean! And I could put race red striping or grabber blue or orange or anything! And you can Blake it out. But... It scratches easy and gets dirty easy and I live in Oklahoma...
The red is also mean with black on it.
I fell in love the second I saw the new grabber blue but black doesn't look jus amazing on it. But.... Race red on it does.
So if you have pics of your car with striping. With out striping idc post it!
Suggestion?

Great neon lighting! I like it! I have red ones in my current black 2003 v6 haven't ran them to the battery yet, shouldn't be hard when I get time.
I don't want a black car cuz I see what happens after 8 yes of use, scratched up and worn down, but it looks so damn awesome! But I'm really liking either race red or grabber blue

I wired mine to a live fuse under the steering wheel works like a charm

I don't see many Grabber Blues I'm the area especially with red, I'm thinking either get red with blue or blue with red.
Can't find a picture of a red mustang with grabber blue stripes

Yeah mines just wired to the fuse that controls auto locks its always on even when the cars off. It's wired to that and then over to a switch I put in. If you open up your booklet in the glove box it will tell you how to find the fuse. If you're not wiring it to a switch then do something like remote so if you turn the car on the come on our to headlights so when headlights are in they turn on... I just like the control of the switch. I turn them off if I don't want to be suspicious in the middle of the night cause when a cop drives by me he can clearly see everything in my car lol

Remote switch *
Or headlights*

(referring to fuse)

& I have 9" of the waterproof LED under steering wheel and 9" under the glove box find the spot clean it well. For switch I put it just behind my shifter to the left of the 12v outlet, wired all under and in. Grounded the switch on the shifter bolt.

I have a 4in under my steering and glove box, then 8 in the fold of each seat were it Bends inthe back to come forested to light up the back floor wells also. I think I'll just wire it to the headlights so when I put the knob out they will also come on. And run the wire thru my fire wall and ground it on the nearest metal.
The 4s give amazing light. And I ran my wires under my carpet and back up

You can just imagine what 9" on each side looks like for me. It's prob the most I would ever do. It's border line but just the right amount to not be over doing it. Yeah just hook it up to the fuse pretty easy to find. And pull up sleeve around shifter it should unclip easy . With moving carpet you can slide the wire up in there and undo one bolt to ground it there. Easy as pie

---------- Post added at 12:41 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:40 AM ----------

Without moving any carpet*

I have an auto. So I need to remove the whole thing around the shifter pop it out thenmake sure I screw the bolt down hard on the wire. And if I wire it to the headlights, wen I pull the headlight stick it will go on and off, it won't always be on? And will the fuse box cover go back on it I have a wire or will I need to drill a hole in the cover?

Yeah it won't always be on. When you turn headlights on the interior lights should come on. No drilling hole needed for the wire either. And the grounding thing you said is correct.

---------- Post added at 12:46 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:46 AM ----------

Also drop the trans out if the car and throw a manual in while youre at it!

---------- Post added at 12:48 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:46 AM ----------

A year from now you'll drive a friends manual and pull the car over and wonder what the **** you've been doing for an entire year!

If there is a fuse in the fuse plug can I also wire a wore with it? I'm afraid there will not be an open fuse to use with the headlight knob.

Wrap the wire around the metal of the fuse and place it in its proper place in the box

Not biased a fair opinion. Although right now I either get a cobra and build it with my father as a project car or I get the 5.0, I'm almost wanting to do the cobra for more father son time and then I could save money up for the next gen mustangs. And make it through collage,....
