Who has the issue w/o a tune? And what exactly will the dealer fix or replace?

The dealer applies a new factory tune. I think someone else posted their results from this before (they were stock) and said the car seemed to run better. I suspect that was placebo effect though.

So what? Bama is in PA, were you going to drive there to get tuned? They tune files are emailed and you load them on to the SCT yourself. You've worked yourself up into a tizzy about nothing dude, just call your tuner and explain the situation. I would be prepared to send them a copy of the TSB so that they can fully understand the situation, but it's likely they are already in the loop.
