Was looking around online and came across this product. Looks promising, but I don't know much about it and I've never used that site before. I'm looking to buy a remote start/push to start system. Opinions, please?

I went back to my dealer (mac haik) and had them install the ford remote starter. Not quite the same thing. But on a brutally hot Houston day, nice to have the already running with AC. - automatics only.

If you want just a push button start, I like silver horse racing's.

Re: Remote start/push to start

Idk man ... the English on that site is pretty scary. Half of what I read, I was seriously questioning whether or not I understood it properly. I'd post up examples but all their text is screenshots of words ... which is a huge wtf moment in itself.I mean ...

As well as ...

That **** would NOT be going in MY car under ANY circumstance.

The X2 is not what I'm looking for. I want to eliminate the use of the key, altogether.

It was a bundle with tint including labor... Don't remember the breakdown. But the remote starter still requires the key to move... It starts without out it, but unless you have the key in and turned when pressing the brake (to get out of park), it kills the engine. So this will not eliminate the key being inserted in the ignition.

I know this is an old/dead thread, but are you still looking for a Push Start/Remote Start?
